Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except for designated state holidays
Our Helpline will:
- Explain the assessment process
- Schedule your assessment at a time that is convenient to you
- Answer your questions about our services
To schedule your assessment, we will ask for your Medicaid or Social Security number. We look forward to assisting you!
